Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing and lead generation company doing business as Compass Lead Group ("we", "us"). By using capecoralimpactwindows.com you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is

We provide a free marketing and matching service that connects Lee County, Florida homeowners with independent Florida-licensed impact window and door installers. We are not a contractor, we do not perform window, door, glazing, or inspection work, and we are not a party to any contract you enter with an installer.

3. Contractor work is between you and the contractor

Any work you commission is performed by an independent professional under a contract between you and that professional. You are responsible for evaluating any installer, including verifying licensing through the Florida DBPR and confirming insurance, before signing. We do not warrant, supervise, or take responsibility for any installer's work, pricing, scheduling, or conduct.

4. Informational content

The articles and guides on this site are general information, not engineering, legal, insurance, or tax advice. Building code requirements, insurance credits, and government programs change; confirm current requirements with the primary sources cited on each page and with your own advisors before acting.

5. No warranty

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of the site or service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any act or omission of any independent installer.

7. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, scrape or republish site content without permission, or use the service to send spam or unlawful communications.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless a mandatory consumer protection law of your home state provides otherwise.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with an updated date. Questions: [email protected] .
