We connect Lee County, Florida homeowners with independent Florida-licensed impact window and door installers. We are not a contractor and do not perform the work.

• Information you submit through our forms or by phone or email: name, phone number, email address, city, and details about your project and situation.
• Technical information collected automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device information, and page-visit data.

How we use it

• To match you with an independent licensed local installer who can quote your project.
• To follow up on your inquiry and confirm the introduction happened.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website and service.
• To keep records of consent you have given, including under the TCPA.

Who we share it with

• The independent Florida-licensed installer we match you with, for the purpose of contacting you and scheduling your free quote.
• Service providers that help us operate the site, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our form processing provider (Web3Forms).
• Authorities where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry and consent records for at least five years, consistent with FCC guidance on TCPA consent recordkeeping, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

• Opt out of calls and texts at any time by replying STOP to any text or asking to be removed during any call.
• Ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the retention rules above.
