Cape Coral Impact Windows is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the professional we match you with. This fee never increases the price you pay for your project.
The model, plainly
We spend our time building accurate, sourced information about impact windows, permits, and wind mitigation insurance credits in Lee County. Homeowners find that information, and some of them ask to be connected with an installer. Independent Florida-licensed local installers pay us for those introductions because it saves them advertising cost.
What that means for you
- You never receive a bill from us, and the referral fee is not added to your quote. The installer pays it out of their marketing budget.
- You contract directly with the installer. Pricing, scope, warranty, and scheduling are between you and them, in writing.
- You are never obligated to accept a quote, and you can (and should) compare it against other bids.
- Our incentive is a completed, permitted project you are happy with, because that is what keeps installers paying for introductions.
What we do not do
We do not perform window, door, or wind mitigation work. We do not mark up quotes, take a percentage of your contract, or accept payment to hide bad outcomes. We do not publish reviews or ratings we cannot verify, and this site carries none. Every code, insurance, and program claim on the site cites a primary source you can check yourself.
